Job Title: Administrator
Salary: Circa £24,000.00 per annum
Duration: Full Time – Permanent – Mon-Fri 8.30am-5pm
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Ash Vale, Surrey
Job Description: This is a position for someone to assist in our administration, role includes (but is not limited to);
- Processing workshop engineer reports – consists of getting relevant part costs, advising clients of outcome & quote to repair / replace equipment as required
- Processing the engineer report sheets – consists of noting key factors such as time on site, any issues / recommendations found. Re-writing the sheets to look & sound more professional
- Raising invoices where required & in the way that is required (this can be & often differs for certain clients, such as: C/o addresses / PO numbers are required on some but not others & emailing them to additional contacts as required)
- Taking over the phone payments from clients as required
- Copying in relevant colleagues on the emails to the clients so that quotes are raised in a timely manner
- Saving documents in the manner required (I.e. very specific ways of naming documents & where they are saved to)
- Looking at the bigger picture & highlighting any potential issues or discrepancies
- Dealing with return enquires from clients in a timely & helpful manner & forwarding to the relevant person(s) if need be
- Answering telephones
- Potential for occasional site visits to meet with customers & take notes from meetings
- Possible occasional deliveries / collections to / from customer sites
Key skills / traits required:
- Attention to detail
- Organised, logical & methodical way of thinking & working
- Experience / competence in basic to use of word, excel & outlook
- Ability to retain a lot of information & to be able to highlight & record pertinent information as required
- Confidence
- Professional telephone & email manner
- Ability to follow instructions & procedures precisely
- Ability to change wording to ensure a professional manner is portrayed on relevant reports
- Ability to prioritise workload & work on own initiative
- Full clean driving licence desired
- Experience in administration desired

Job Title: Workshop Engineer
Salary: Negotiable
Duration: Full Time – Permanent – Mon-Fri 8.30am-5pm
Start Date: ASAP
Location: In our workshop at Ash Vale, Surrey
Job Description: This is a position for someone with good mechanical and electrical skills & would ideally suit someone from a facilities maintenance type background. Duties to include:
- Dismantling, diagnosing, rewinding & reassembling of electric motors, pumps & air handling equipment
Requirements:
- Good mechanical understanding
- Please note that this is a physically demanding job
- Full clean UK driving licence required
- Experience in the rewinding of electric motors would an advantage but not essential

Job Title: Field Service Engineer (Pumping Equipment)
Salary: £30,000-40,000 Negotiable (Uncapped Overtime, Van, Phone & Uniform)
Duration: Full Time – Permanent
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Starting from our base in Ash Vale, to various sites across the South of England & London
Job Description: This is a position for someone with good practical aptitude & an electrical mechanical background. Duties to include:
- Installing & maintaining pumping equipment, water boosters, electric motors, air handling & control equipment
- Commissioning of new equipment
- Pipe work installation & modifications
- Fault finding & completing required paperwork
- Part of a Call-Out rota (which includes weekends & bank holidays)
Requirements:
- Experience working on: all types of pumping equipment, submersible pumps, water booster sets, treatment plants, electrical motors, air handling & control equipment (all within various environments)
- Experience with onsite pump repairs (i.e. seals, bearings, etc)
- Pressurisation units
- Programming & fault finding
- Good mechanical understanding
- This is a physically demanding job & involves some out of hours working
- Full clean UK driving licence required
- Confined Space Entry training (optional)
- CSCS card (optional)

Job Description: This is a position for someone to assist our engineers either on site or in our workshop. Duties to include:
- Assisting a lead engineer in installing & maintaining pumping equipment, water
boosters, electric motors, air handling & control equipment - Assisting a lead engineer in fault finding & completing required paperwork
Requirements:
- Good mechanical understanding
- This is a physically demanding job & involves some out of hours working
- Full clean UK driving licence required
